After obtaining my master’s degree in Business Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Tax Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, I started at Decisio. During my master’s, I chose the Financial Economics specialization due to its focus on companies, markets, and economies, combined with the application of econometric techniques. Quantitatively analyzing practical problems and issues, along with interpreting and clearly presenting results, excites me. At Decisio, I can utilize these interests and skills by working on socially relevant projects with diverse topics, which challenges me and provides me with a lot of satisfaction.
And besides your work?
I am a fanatical cyclist. I enjoy cycling through the dunes and polders with a few friends or participating in races. When I’m not on the bike, I like to meet up with friends or watch cycling races such as the Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix. During holidays, you can often find me somewhere in the mountains. In summer, this usually means finding a nice place to cycle with friends, while in winter, I enjoy a week of skiing.
