I have been working as a consultant at Decisio since January 2025. As a graduate economist, I deal with a variety of topics. For example, I have calculated the economic impact of the Dutch hotel sector and the space cluster in Noordwijk. I have also carried out several social cost-benefit analyses (SCBAs) and social business cases and I have also worked on an economic policy evaluation of the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency and made a financial calculation of the Lelystad 2050 Municipal Vision. Another interesting project I have worked on is a study into the agglomeration power and opportunities for people living along the rails of the Old Line.
Before joining Decisio, I worked for three and a half years at the research and consultancy firm RIGO. My experience at this firm, which focuses on the living environment, has given me knowledge of the housing sector and how (semi-)governmental bodies operate. Here, too, I worked on SCBAs and policy evaluations. In addition, I gained experience with the conjoint analysis research method.
I have lived all my life in Zwijndrecht in the province of Zuid-Holland. Here I have my friends, family and football within cycling distance, but next year my girlfriend and I are moving to Breda. I enjoy organizing game nights with her and my friends, or visiting dance festivals at home and abroad, but I also enjoy a quiet movie night with just the two of us.
