Since 2024, I have been working at Decisio. With a background in both business economics and social sciences, I have a broad interest in organizations and how they function. After obtaining my bachelor’s degree in business economics and my master’s degree in organizational sciences, I specialized in projects that focus on both quantitative and qualitative insights. I am versatile and can contribute to various types of projects, but I prefer work that involves helping organizations improve through process evaluations and other qualitative methods. While my colleagues often take a quantitative approach, I view many topics from a qualitative perspective, with particular attention to the human dynamics within organizations. At Decisio, I leverage my expertise and unique perspective to support organizations in their development and improvement. I strive to find a balance between the human and analytical aspects of organizational issues, so that we can create sustainable and effective solutions together.
Outside of my work at Decisio, I’m someone who always approaches life with enthusiasm. For the past four years, I’ve been living happily in the vibrant Amsterdam Noord, where I fully enjoy everything the city has to offer. I love attending fun festivals with friends, especially when there’s great food involved. Recently, I discovered CrossFit, a sport where I take on new challenges (and keep my culinary passions in check). Additionally, as my mother says, I’m a “curious soul”—once something piques my interest, I want to learn everything about it.
