Commissioned by the municipality of Leiden Decisio (together with VINU) made a problem analysis of bicycle parking around the train station in Leiden. After that we proposed a plan on how to face these issues.
Solutions were given regarding the capacity problems, different types of parking facilities, exploitation and business model. We advised the municipality to carry out these measures in cooperation with the other stakeholders: NS and ProRail.
