The municipality of Amsterdam along with NS, ProRail and the Amsterdam Regional Body asked Decisio to develop an approach for bicycle parking at ten train stations within the city of Amsterdam.
We made a problem analysis and came up with several possible solutions and a road map on how to implement these measures. The road map consists of the necessary steps regarding to financing, organising and exploiting the parking facilities. The road map gives a basis for the further development of specific business plans for every station.
