As a research bureau, we are honoured not only to produce a research report that can withstand the test of criticism, but also to translate these analyses into an effective implementation strategy. In doing so, we like to think along with the client about the process: who are the stakeholders, what are their interests and views, how can this be handled intelligently, how to involve parties without relinquishing control?
